What happens when you're coming home from a full day of work, shopping, or sports and you walk in the door?

You start thinking of what needs done, someone has their list of requests ready for you, even going to the restroom can be an instant conversation through a door.

We get it. You need a place where you can set everything down for a little while, mentally and physically, and take uninterrupted time for you, so you can return home and life fully present (or start your day off right before heading to work).

This down time is needed for your mental and physical health and happiness, for your nervous system to relax and reset. Staying "on" all of the time forces your nervous system into chronic sympathetic mode (fight-or-flight) which can lead to mental and physical pain and deterioration.

If you've felt exhausted, overwhelmed, on-edge, depressed, sore in certain spots (or all over), unseen, unheard, irritable, anxious, then your nervous system is most likely "on."

RELEASE ROOMS

Zero gravity massage chairs

Do you have a stiff neck, tight muscles, knots between your shoulder blades you can't reach yourself, sore feet but do not like people touching them?

When you sit down the chair will do a 1 min assessment of your body to make sure it knows exactly where your shoulders are. You'll choose your massage technique setting (12 choices), we will set your time and intensity (3 settings), then choose zero gravity position of choice (3 choices).

Once we press start, the chair positions your body at the ideal angle to decompress your spine, improving circulation, and allowing your muscles to fully release. The combination of that with your chosen massage technique meaningfully lowers cortisol and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, taking you from a heightened to relaxed state. Just sit back, relax, and let the chair relax those knots and stretch those muscles.

RESET ROOMS

Red Light Immersion

Near-Infrared light (660nm-850nm) uses photobiomodulation, helping your body increase your cells' energy (ATP), increase circulation, improve oxidative stress, can help with inflammation, & encourage the nervous system to settle by un-exposing you to the stimulating light wavelengths of inside lighting and screen-time. RED LIGHT IMMERSION tells the body it is time to relax by imitating the benefits of end-of-day light from a sunset.

As you sit down and put on your protective lenses (provided), maybe put in your earbuds and turn on the music/podcast/meditation you brought with you, the Landing Host will set your chosen time and light intensity, close the curtain so you at that point only have red light surrounding you. Then you'll just sit back and relax, like you're outside by the pool. Once the red light goes off, a night light will come on to provide light so you can gather your things and head to your next destination relaxed with increased energy.

STILL ROOMS

Quiet & Guided Meditation Spaces

Feeling overstimulated? Need a break from stress or people? Want to read, meditate, listen to music, or just sit in silence? That's natural, and a good thing! It means your body knows what your body needs.

Stillness itself helps your body recover. When the brain is exposed to more stimuli than it can effectively process — the noise, the screens, the demands... The result is fatigue, lack of concentration, anxiety, and irritability that's hard to explain. Our STILL ROOM was designed specifically as a low-stimulation space where your nervous system can stop bracing, a dedicated environment where the noise falls away and your mind is finally free to settle. Whether you come with a guided meditation or simply the intention to be quiet, your nervous system will do the rest.

As you sit down and get settled, the Landing Host will set the silent/visual timer that will show when your chosen time has passed.

RESONANCE ROOM

Stretching & Gentle Movement Space

Have trouble getting motivated to stretch and move at home? Is there not enough space to do what you're wanting (yoga, stretching, tai chi, fitness pal, or stepping in place)? Do you like doing guided stretches and exercises by looking at posters that show you how?

Static stretching activates the parasympathetic nervous system and inhibits the sympathetic nervous system — which means your body literally shifts out of stress mode and into rest and repair. Our RESONANCE ROOM gives you the space, the support, and the time to let that happen and allows you to move at your own pace. As you stretch, your brain receives the signal that you are safe — and your heart rate, blood pressure, and tension begin to respond. A sturdy table is included for those who need floor-level stretches without getting down on the floor. When performed slowly, and with care, stretching becomes a restorative, grounding experience.

PATTERN RELEASE

Most habits are not really habits, They are solutions.

Nail biting, leg shaking, smoking, stress eating, reaching for soda or chocolate cover almonds — they are all ways your nervous system learned to meet a need or cope. The challenge is that many of those patterns keep running long after they are useful.

Pattern Release helps identify the unconscious root trigger behind the behavior and update the response. When someone's values are genuinely aligned with change, we can program your mind to stop reaching for the old pattern and either no longer need it or naturally choose a healthier response.

Pattern Release is not about fighting willpower battles. It is about changing the unconscious program that's creating the behavior in the first place. When the need underneath the pattern is addressed, the unwanted behavior loses its grip.

Do you have a huge decision to make and you are unable to decide because you do not want to make the wrong choice? Are you not feeling confident about a business strategy? Do you have impostor syndrome? Pattern Release can also help you dive into your core beliefs and values and come to a conclusion that your mind and body are confident in!

A Pattern Release will be a short clarity session, then you'll be working one-on-one with a Master Practitioner of NLP for one scheduled 45 min session.

RETURN EXPERIENCE

From the beginning our bodies and minds have been learning how to protect us from experiences we encounter. Of course things change externally, but does anything truly change internally? For the majority, the answer is no, meaning the same patterns that got conditioned into you, the same core beliefs, the identity you took on, and the experiences that left an imprint on you are still running unconsciously. 

Have you already tried changing something in your life? Maybe you have read books, listened to podcasts, made vision boards, set goals, moved cities, dieted differently, changed jobs, and promised yourself "this time will be different," yet you eventually end up back to where you started.

If your unconscious mind does not feel completely safe being a smaller figure, if you have a visceral reaction seeing a specific person or receiving a call/text from them, if you are making more money but find yourself in the same net worth bracket as last year, if you want that promotion but have a lingering belief you are not enough to get it, if you want to be "you" but your fear of others' judgements prevents that, then it doesn’t matter what you physically do. It is time to consider your nervous system is still reacting and "surviving" from something that happened a long ago.

You are not locked in for life as long as you know how to let go of those experiences, which is where the RETURN EXPERIENCE comes into play. This is where we dig deep to help you identify and release the root emotional patterns that are influencing your decisions, reactions, and sense of what's possible. When those patterns are updated, and you release the emotion from the experience, people find it easier to create lasting change without feeling like they are constantly fighting themselves. Then you can be free to reach your goals in an accelerated rate!

A Pattern Releasewill be a short clarity session, then you'll be working one-on-one with a Master Practitioner of NLP for 2 scheduled 4 hr sessions (8 hr total). Follow up support will also be provided for integration.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the space like?

A quiet, structured environment designed to help you reset without distraction, to clear your mind for an upcoming project, be fully present for your loved ones, and get some uninterrupted time for yourself.

- Please make sure your phone is on silent and that you are not talking on the phone when arriving (this is not only for others in the space but also for you, coming in ready to set everything down).

- As you walk in you'll see the Landing Desk.

- Let the Landing Host know what service you would like and for how long (or let them know you have an appointment), or any questions you have. We will get you in the next space available. If it is your 1st time with us, there will be a standard waiver to sign (similar to what gyms or tanning salons have).

- The Landing Host will guide you to your room and set you up as you settle in. You are allowed to bring in headphones/earbuds if you plan on listening to guided meditation/music/podcasts. The Landing Host will close your curtain when you are set.

- When your session is complete, please turn in any add-ons purchased, and have a wonderful rest of your day relaxed and ready to return to life.


If you are doing Root Level Work, in-person and Zoom sessions are available and you'll get the needed additional information during your clarity session.

Is this a spa, yoga studio, or therapy?

No. It’s a quiet, structured space for rest, reset and refresh — with options for deeper, focused work when you’re ready.

Can I come in just to relax?

Absolutely. The space is designed for quiet reset, not conversation or stimulation.

How long can I stay?

Sessions are timed-based depending on your booking (walk-ins are welcome). We expect most people will spend 10-60 minutes.

Do I need to talk to anyone while I'm there?

Not during a session. Prior to the session you will need to talk to The Landing Host. This person will guide you through anything that needs taken care of prior to your session. The Host will also walk you through how to utilize your chosen room to its potential if it is your 1st time.

What do I wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. This is a fully clothed environment. Most people remove their shoes and any headwear once inside. All spaces are cleaned and reset between appointments.

What do I need to do before coming in?

If you are currently working with a physician, therapist, or healthcare professional, we recommend checking with them to ensure our experiences are a good fit for your individual needs. Otherwise, there are no other requirements prior to coming in.
